Naturally Good Company's matcha powder is culinary grade, meaning only the leaves were used in producing the powder, not with stems or other parts of the plant. This results in a finer ground powder and can be easily dissolved in liquid.
Culinary grade matcha is ideal for everyday consumption from lattes to smoothies. It can be also used in baking recipes.
