Edamame beans are immature green soybeans used as a protein-rich snack in Japan, Korea, and Hawaii. Traditional Asian methods and the highest quality of green beans are used instead of wheat or starch.
This gluten-free, low-carb, high-protein, high-fiber and vegan organic bean pasta has about less than half the carbohydrates, six times the fiber and two times the protein compared to other regular pasta brands.
With only 4-5 minutes boiling time, get your fix of a firm, chewy textured, and al dente bean pasta, or cook longer for a softer texture. Swap your regular pasta to this guilt-free and good-for-you noodle.
How to Cook
- Boil a pot of water.
- Add salt. (optional)
- Add bean pasta to boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes for an al dente finish or up to 10-12 minutes for a softer texture.
- Strain pasta from water and mix your al dente bean pasta with your choice of sauce.
This bean pasta is very flexible. It can also be used for noodle soup and stir-fry recipes.
